Life-Time Value
aka LTV; over-all-time value of a single customer to the business
usually measured in incremental-margin, doesn't take into account cost-of-acquisition (Customer Acquisiition Cost = CAC)
for a current/repeat customer, sometimes measured as "so-far", sometimes "so-far" (actual) plus an odds-weighted future value (based on retention curve and other predictors)
