Fishbone Diagram

Buckets causes by area/category (e.g. Processes, People). I think this is a good way to get started (idea generation), but as you dig into the causes-of-causes they jump Areas which is kinda messy. Maybe color code for each Area, apply that to each node? Then maybe move cluster to a different Area if it Starts from Area1 but most of the nodes end up being Area2?
