Certified EMR
An EMR that is "certified" to be valid for reimbursement under the HITECH section of ARRA.
But the term wasn't defined.
CCHIT currently "certifies" EMR-s, but that's a closed non-public brand, and it's not clear that it should apply to the HITECH criterion.
