(2020-01-18) Google Calendar vs Microsoft Calendar

My DayJob uses Office365, so my work calendar is in there. And they're only supporting Microsoft's Modern Authentication. Which GoogleCalendar will not support.

My personal/family GoogleCalendar includes lots of time commitments.

So how do I get an integrated view?

I paid for the Nine app on my Android phone (giving me both email and calendar UI/sync). So that gives me a good view on my phone.

(Side issue: because only some personal/family events actually require my time, I can't just use that calendar to block my work time. So I have to manually created blocks in my work calendar for that subset of personal commitments. And if one changes... well I notice that the 2 blocks of color don't line up.)

But the web Google Calendar for my laptop doesn't always agree!

Aug'2020: the phone is wrong.

Mar'2021: the phone is right, the web is wrong.

All the issues seem to be around changes in repeating events.

Update: I think they are eventually consistent, it just takes quite a while and you can't trigger it.
