Out Of Print

when a publisher (Publishing Industry) stops printing/distributing new copies of a book (applies to Music Industry too) because the demand is too low

a big problem for Long Tail creators

I'm tempted to say that such content should revert to the Public Domain if kept Out Of Print for more than a year. (Of course this would just trigger weird Game Playing. Might stimulate EBook production...)
