MP3 Player
retro device that plays MP3 music files - typically a piece of portable hardware... very popular one was the Apple IPod, because of its huge capacity and excellent GUI, and then its part of the ITunes ecosystem.
Ancient note: I bought an IRiver H10 - actually I bought 2, intending to give 1 to Jihi. But when I discovered the clunkiness of dealing with it, if you're not running Windows Media software, I broke down and bought her an IPod. For myself, the cost savings was worth a little clunkiness. I borrow hers when I want to watch Video - but maybe Rock Box will take care of that....
