Social Networking site
Originally focused on College Student-s, but since expanded to High School students and BigCo employees. Then open to everyone.
- apparently I joined Jun'2007.
How do they deal with validation, Digital Identity? If you are a college student, you need to have a valid school email account. You must be able to access this email address to confirm your registration on our site. If you are a high school student, you need to either have a school email address or you must be invited to join the site by another student at your school. If you are a college alum, and you have access to a school alumni email address, then you can easily register for and use Facebook.

Lamely, you can only be a member of a single network - not your current BigCo and previous College together.

Most people are leery over the prospect of creating a Facebook Page for their home business, Affiliate Program business...whatever business...within their personal Facebook account. Long story short - yes, you should create your Facebook Page in your personal account. The Facebook Page will then be in the possession of that account, and only you can access it (unless you appoint other administrators).
-
Business accounts are stripped-down Facebook accounts that can only 1) manage Facebook Pages, and 2) manage Facebook Ads. That's all.
